Ripoff fraudulenty took $149.95 from my checking account

I found a number by searching usacomplaints.com for USA credit when I discovered $149.95 taken from my account.
When I called them they offered me $114.95 back refunded in 8 days but said they are going to keep a $35 application fee.
I disputed all of it with my bank and because it is an ACH debit I don't get the immediate credit like you do with a CC. The worse part is I there are so many USACredit doing a websearch and so many different number I can't tell who is who.
USACredit told me that the amount I agreed to pay was hidden in the term and conditions. You know when you have to check the box that say "I Agree" which tells me that their fees are not disclosed.
For heaven sake, if you are looking for cash why do you want to pay $149.95 and not benefit first!
