Ripoff professional frauds arget young adults offering tons of money in grants for a processing fee of $349.00. Then they send you a book and you can't get grant money or a refund from them

I am 18 years old, I recive a call from a polite woman telling me that I qualify for atleast 4,000 dollars in grant money because I live on my own and go to college. She promised that if pay the processing fee of $349.00. I asked why I had to pay for this grant when most grants are free. She replied simply that all those other grants take months and months to get but with CSM I could pay the to process it in a couple of weeks.
I thanked GOD! I thought was so lucky to be blessed with this opputunity to solve all my financial worries. I quickly set up a date for them to deduct the money from my account so the proccessing could began. I used my financial aid money awarded to me by my college but I wasnt worried about it. The woman on the phone assured me that every cent of the $349 was refundable if I was at all disatisfied. So they took the money out of my account.
This is when the dream becomes a nightmare. After waiting for about 9 weeks, my precious package with my awards letter and check finally arrived. Only it did not contain a check or an awards letter. Only a big ugly book with a stupid CD that I could have gotten myself for 20 bucks! I furiosly called CSM and the lady explained that I must read the book and find which grant I qualified for. I screamed i want my money back! I am very dissatisfed. I got the run around for atleast 3 weeks before I finally realized I had been hussled BADLY! And now when you try to get in touch with them the line is always busy.
I will be so happy when they find these people and they get punished. I really needed that money and I still do. I am still hoping that someone will contact me with the good news that I will be getting a refund check in the mail.
