Ripoff Ordered a grant book they cashed my check but I did not recieve the book consumer fraud ripoff

I ordered a Book about how to get government grants. The cost was $23.85 My check cleared on May 20th. It is now May 31st 2002. I have not recieved anything from them. I read other stories by people that had the same problem with this rip - off Co.
