Stealing homes Ripoff

I have owned my own home for 12 years. After Hurricane Charley destroyed most of it, I was forced to refinance. No problem! THEN ASC bought my mortgage!!! Payments were late and returned, late fees piled up, they put me in a forbearance (I never signed) but I paid. Then I got ill and fell behind. The United Way stepped in to help (for post hurricane issues) The check from UW was cleared, but held in limbo for over three weeks. Calling everyday (documenting every call) I could not get an answer. On the day they told me the UW check would be accepted, the sherrif showed at my door with my foreclosure papers! Now a foreclosure lawyer wants his 2 grand. All of this during July.

July 15th I received a new escrow account statement showing that my escrow had to increase by $120 amonth, because of the taxes and insurance amounts.

2 days ago (8/21) I received a call from ASC stating that my insurance (of 12 years) was cancelled because of no payment. This ASC girl proceeded to tell me it was my resposibility to pay the premium. The next ASC person said I didnot send an insurance disclaimer. I live in Florida and have now been forced into the state pool insurance—a premium increase of $860 a year. My home is only financed at only 40% of its value—ASC is trying to steal a single mother's home of 12 years.

The United Way cannot communicate with this company—They can't believe this company has played so poorly with their foundation's money. We have all documentation, including cleared UW check. Is there anyone out there who can help??
