24 Protect Requested a free credit report and got charged $19.99

I went online and saw a pop-up for a free credit report. I clicked on it and on the page it said the company was 24protect plus. I gave my name, address, phone no., and credit card number to them. I was never able to access my credit report, and they charged me 19.99 for this supposed free credit report. Once i saw the charge on my statement i called them at their toll free number. I spoke with a customer service rep. And threatened to report them to the CA Atty. General if they did not refund my money. I was told that I would be cancelled and be credited back the money. Still, I think these crooks should be put in jail.
