Money wired to get approved loan, but loan never arrived

I was approved for a 5,000.00 loan and they told me to send in some money to get my loan in my bank. I did this on Aug 4th. I did it Western Union which it was a total of 651.48 and I keep calling them and they keep telling me it should be on its way like they said. I was suppose to get it the 10th at my door because they said they needed more money and then I told them I wanted my money back. I have all my paper work. All I want you to do is get my money back because I need it back thanks.
