Ocwen federal bank ripoff illegal foreclosure house auctioned off without notice

In early 2005 we were told we could put our house payment on direct pay from our bank account. We did so, two months later we found out they did not do this and had filed for foreclosure on our house of 17 years. We tried for four months to get it right but they would not talk to us. They said the file was on someone elses desk. We were never notified or served any papers at all until the sheriff came to evict us from our own home that had already been sold at auction.

In talking with a loan super at ocwan federal he admoted they had done the wrong thing and would help us get it right, never happened. They did pay use some of the money they got at auction but kept over 30 thousand dollars that we still don't know were it went and the server out of rialto, ca says he srved us at 7 pm on a thursday night. My wife was a offical score keeper that night for pony baseball and I was with my brother and his family so this man is a blatten liar. Do not refi with ocwan or do any money transations with them at all
