Capital Financial Card
They promised a credit card and took out $200 from my bank account, ripoff

I was a new immigrant here when i got a call from this company and said that i am eligible to get a visa credit card. So i agreed and they took $200 from my bank acoount. Only to find out after that i can only use it towards their own products and it is not definitely a credit card as they have falsely said so. Now i am not able to get hold of their company and i cant get my money back... It has been almost 2 yrs now. How can i get my money back? Is there a way to do this?
