I am purchasing a house and need to pay down my credit cards for the rescore. My husband has one household card and one Orchard card, and I have one of each as well. When I contacted them last Saturday they had no problem talking to me regarding my husbands accounts at the same time they discussed mine. I asked them if they wanted to speak to him, they said "no". I made arraingements to pay some money on each card totaling $452.00.

When they received the funds they posted the entire $452.00 to one of my husband accounts. When I called them they told me they could not discuss my husbands account with me. I let them know they had no problem discussing it with me when I was giving money. Anyway they told me it would take two billing cycles to clear it up. My husbands card had $58.00 more than his limit for a balance but they would not let him have that money because it was over his balance. Now they have charged each card $30.00 overlimit fee and $30.00 late fees. I can't bleieve it! If they had posted my money correctly the accounts would not have been overlimit, and my payment would not have been late...!

I think it is time for a class action!!!
