Ripoff - They stole money from my bank account and did not get anything in return

I received a card in the mail saying I was qualified for a $5000 grant.

They took my bank account number and deducted $299.97 from it.

I was told I would get the money in 8 to 12 weeks. That was on 5/16/06.

On 8/2/06 I called to find out the status of this grant and the phone lines were disconected.

I have been out of work now for a couple of months because of a disability, I am living in my car, and can not afford to loose that $300.00.
