Credit report shopping for written off accts and file in Small Claims in mass causing clerical errors and "rubber-stamping" of judgements

I was waken one morning about 8am to see a dupty's car in my driveway. Before I could physically (I am handicapped) get to the door, he was gone. I called the country courthouse and they told me he was trying to serve a summons, that I needed to come and pick it up.

Like a fool, I went to the office, then followed the clerk around for about 20 minutes trying to find a dupty that could "serve me". This guy came in, told me I had 30 days to respond, handed it to me and said "there's nowhere to sign, go upstairs to the clerks office and get the form that goes with this and bring it back". My 71 y/o mother, recovering from five bypasses was sitting in the car, so I left.in reading the summons, I had 14 days, which had already passed. Before I could even mail a response to the court that I had absolutely no idea who Unifund CCR (who Zarzaur was suing me for) was nor had I ever heard of them. The next thing I know I receive an "Order" from the "Small Claims Court" claiming I failed to answer or otherwise plead... I was found in default of $1,143.12 and interest of $25.16.

Now I receive a form letter from "Alabama Judicial Data Center, Colbert County, Certificate of Judgement" that claims Unifund CCR Partners recovered a judgement in the amount of $11,431, 200.00! That's right, $11 million! I live in a leased home, am permanently disabled and try to support my now 72 y/o mother. Medicare Part D is a joke, our medications now cost more than before. We can barely make it from month to month and Zarzaur keeps dredging up old, written off accounts and continues to file suit in local court over and over. So far, they have two judgements that I know of. They've about pushed me to the point of suicide, but then there's nobody to take care of my mother! I don't know what else to do.

They have nothing to gain but destroy my reputation. My entire working career required a high security clearance. All I know to do is ask that because of this, and the fact that I've started getting all kind of credit card bills sent to my address but names I do not know, that I suspect tampering with my credit report. Therefore, my credit reports do not represent an accurate picture of me, either financially or personally, that he issue a court order to seal my credit reports. But, I don't know where to start. If I the money to hire an attorney, otherwise, I'd file bankruptcy!
