Ripoff dishonest fraudulent

We are a small bussiness who got sucked into their scams. We are located in Wabash Indiana. For 3 years now they have been taking money out of our account with out our permission. We called to cancel our lease but still, they took the money out of the account. They call every day 4 times a day. These people are rude, and will hang up on you. They told us about a week ago that they have no record of us canceling and that we couldnt. So they told me to fax them a letter stating we wanted to cancel and why. So I did. Our lease still hasnt been canceled. We get letters every week in the mail. They informed us that we owe 188.20 and this letter came with it:

This letter confirms that a non-cancelable lease agreement between Northern Leasing Systems, Inc., and K & L Auto Parts with the personal guaranty of Kit.
In the event this lease defaults, Kit Harvey, as the "Personal Guaranto" is liable for full payment. Failure to honor your payment commitment may result in your account being referred for legal action.
It is necessary for you to contact me at (888) 692-7177 to resolve this matter immediately. Your cooperation is expected.

Now how are we to cooperate with them if they hang up on us and insist that nothing will be done untill they recive their money. Well i feel the four grand that was taken out of our bussiness account should be enough. I am going to higher athourity about this matter. I feel we as a small bussiness should be refunded our money. I would like to know of anyone else would like to help me in this matter. We are stronger in big numbers. They cant contuine to rip us bussiness off. We make our community. Please help me stop Northern Leasing Systems, Inc.
