MY ripoff Bad leads not fresh customers have no idea why they are being called

We were promised Live fresh leads that were to be distributed to a max of 4 lenders. When we call these leads, we either get a bad phone number (hard to believe since myemoneyworks should have just talked to them to confirm the lead as they say they do). Also the customers after I calmed them down (they were mad for recieving 10-15 calls that day from lenders) told me that they have never heard of emoneyworks (Michael Smith and Burdell Schubert both said a Shannon calls the leads to verify them)

They also mentioned they were not currently in the market for a loan. All of them have already just closed a loan in the past month or even longer ago. We call all our leads the minute we get them. So the leads they are sending out look to be old Title leads or just old leads period. The customers we are calling are pretty upset that they are getting bombarded with calls especially since they never requested info and have already got a mortgage. I looked up Emoneyworks.com also which seems to be the same company. Shows Michael Smith as a domain owner... But they address is out of PA... So they are running this in two places... The address in NJ seems to be a HOUSE!!!
