Was if I wanted a loan for 10,000. I sent them 990.00 money gram was told to wait 12 to 24 hours and it would be in account but wasn't there

My name is Marco G*. About two weeks a lady by the name of Linda Dougles call my cell phone and said I was approve for a loan in the amount of ten thousand dollars if I were to sent her a money gram in the amount of nine hundren and nintey dollar the loan would be in my account with in 12 to 24 hours.

Well I kept checking and calling Miss Dougles but have not receive know answer nor did I received any money and now I'm out of nine hundred and ninety dollar in which I could not afford to just give away. If any one can help me with this matter please let me know by emailing me at
