Free advice, if you have been ripped off by HR Block, contact your state attorney general — many of them are preparing suits regarding privacy violations, express IRA's, ridiculous interest rates and fees, etc.

A big hammer is always nice!

If your a tax person who works for block, think about contacting them as well — I know my guy had some real concerns about the way they were supposed to do business.
