LBAC illegal colection, workplace harrassment, demanding 3 months payment in advance, promising deferments taht dont materialise abused & mistreated

They have harrassed me at work repeatedly, threatened me with jail and the police, called my references, lied to me and my friends, cashed post dated checks early, told me I was committing a felony.

They have tied up all of the lines at my office literally putting one on hold and calling again, causing me to be asked to leave for the rest of the day, threatening my job.

I would love to sue them in a class action suit, anyboody interested?
