Ripoff 30% interest

I'm writing about the recent highway robbery in reference to the new bankruptcy laws. Seems the banks have a problem with check cashing places but thanks to the good ole lobbyists money they can pay legislatures to pass laws that if your late on your credit card payment, you are now entitled the priveledge of TRIPLE JEOPARDY.

Not only do you get hit with:

#1 a late fee, but the late fee was transferred to my next statement as well, unbeknownst to me cause I usually send them the same amount every month, not only did i get hit with a another late fee, but my payment raised 50% the next month because of the fee and higher interest rate.

#2 a mark on my credit report,

3# and was raised to 29.99% interest. Well how friggin quaint, they knocked off. 01 percent to keep from being categorized vultures on the same level as pay day loan places.

Then when I call I get some foreigner (probably making. 50 cents an hour whom I can barely understand) telling me to call another number.

I called and explained I wasn't aware of the late fees otherwise I wouldn't have been late nor my payment less than the amount due... I was told try a balance transfer. What a great customer service company!
Then am told my APR "CANT" be lowered, Hmmmm must be some kind of new law I'm unaware of.

So Let me get this straight, Chase farms out jobs to people who can't speak english, are rude, get the run around, penalize customers who've been in good standing for years, and then charge 29.99% because 30% is to high and payday loan places are vultures, and set up shop in a state where credit card transactions are void of state taxes... NOPE no greed here.

A criminal by law can't get hit with the same penalty for the same offense 4 times. Not to mention they still got their monthly payment, got a penalty late fee, charge me higher interest, and mark my credit.

Anybody got the CEO's and or board members home phone number so I can call them personally and thank them for screwing me all the while he gets a huge bonus for squeezing the average worker. Its scum like this that is eventually going to eliminate the middle class through their corporate greed.

I think I'll file bankruptcy and give them ZERO! People need to dump this company asap.
