Refuses to refund company evaulation after not selling company ripoff

Alliance Acquisition Associates, Inc approached me to sell my company. To do so they needed a company evaluation which was to be provided by an accounting firm for $8,500. If the company was not sold in 1 year the fee would be refunded. After the year I requested the refund and was refer to a lawyer who told me me no longer represented Alliance.

I have tried to call, leaving messaged more than 3 times with no response. I have also filed a compliant with my credit card company.

All I want is my refund to my credit card.
