Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

My bank contacted me about 149.95 been withdrawed from my account. They thought it was unusual I went in to see the report and my bank told me it was USA CREDIT.

My bank gave me a paper with all my checks and withdraws on it there was one from USA CREDIT I had no idea who that was. I looked them up on the internet and found lots of bad things they do.

I called them on the phone talked with and employed told him they had no right taking money out of my account and I want it put right back in there or I was calling BBB. It didn't take but a second for this woman to get on the phone.

She said her name was Christy she was the manager I told her the same thing. She said it was for some card that I didn't order and didn't have but they had my money. And got my information because I ordered a credit report off line and I believe that is how they got the information.

I stayed persistant with them returning my money that they had no business taking in the first place. She tried putting it off onto identy theft. I don't think so I have bad credit because I went to prison and couldn't pay my bills. She did tell me within 72 hours the money will be back in my account. If it is not in there by Monday June 19th. I will have to call BBB and bring them in.

I don't know what else to do. I can't afford having that happen I am just barely paying my utility bills.
