Ripoff, take your money WITHOUT your permission, pure THEFT!

Called to check out their advertised services but decided to decline using their service when the supervisor became quite rude and wanted to charge more than twice their advertised price. I told them specifically to cancel this, NOT to proceed, that I would be in contact with them again later IF and when I decided to use their service.

Much to my surprise when I opened my bank statement that had gone ahead and withdrawn funds from this account WITHOUT my permission. They refuse to respond to emails, are very rude on the telephone, IF you can get through, and even hung up on me.

Therefore, complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, the state Attorney General's office of New York and with usacomplaints.com. Stay away from these people as they are NOT honest or honorable! Give them NO information. They are ripping off a charitable organization which is even more reprehensible!
