Ripoffs over inflated appraisals no true to lending sent large closing cost sacramento

I have a current loan with Ameriquest, it also has a arm. Well just like everyone else the time is up. So my mortage went up to 9.1% as of this month. Well I called them asking them to refinance well at first the turned me down. Then they called me back and said the could do it. So then race began. I sent all the information to them. Well we are suppose to close this monday. Now let me tell you this. The first apprasial 2yrs ago was 115,000, This apprasial is now 122,000 wow I said that much. She did her compareables on other properties around are area, but nothing that sold here. I own a feesimple townhouse.

So they offered me a loan at 8.5% fixed. Well then I did get a statement from them, that stated the loan% was 9.1 immediately I called the loan officer Jeremey and told him. He said no no, you just throw that away and you will be getting another on in 3 days. I said ok. Well it is 3 weeks now and no new True to Lending has been sent.

So he called said everything was approved just waiting on the Title Search to come back. Finally it came back. Well yesterday he calls and says bad news I send what. Well you are one % over the 90% I said how did that happen. He said blah blah blah, you need to come to the closing table with some money

Now they are charging me over 9,000.in closing cost, plus a pre-pen. Fee. Which has put me over. Plus the told me that I did not have to pay this months note. Because it will close before it to late. Right that is why he is still stalling.

Well after reading all of the reports. I have decided not to go to the closing. Thanks all
