Ripoff for a credit card with a credit limit of $10,000 Dallas

I have recieved a letter in the mail saying that i have been approved for a credit card with a credit limit of $10,000.

I went on the internet cause there was no phone number so i wanted to look up on the internet to see what the company was there was no bank that was affiliated with this. I was a little furious. This is when i came across that there was a consumer complaints on this company. I have not sent this in but i would like to know why i have recieved this.

This is not right and should and will be taken care of.
