Rip off - legally stealing from the consumer

Anyone reading this that has had wachovia literally steal money from their accounts by using a loophole in their agreement, nationwide, anyone in the entire country, including people who have mortgages through them, as they have already lost one lawsuit in new england for fraudulant dealings. I want to shut them down completely, a multi billion dollar class action, when won, will do just that.
