Ripoff scammed us out of 700 dollars

They called us and told us we were approved for a $5,000.00 loan. He told us that we had to pay a $700.00 insurance, so if we cant make a payment one month that would cover it. They wanted us to western union the money. They said we would have the money in 24-48 hrs, but we did not recieve any money. So we called the bbb and they said there was no such company. The money was western union to the personal lender by the name of marcia thomas in canada. This person was suppose to be the president of this company. We had signed a contract that was faxed to us. It seemed real. Also what the man i have been talking to named james hinton seemed real. Also the ceo name is bruce allen he doesnt seem to exsist.
