This company is a legal loan shark! They refuse to acknowledge poayments, even when you have proof!

I have been fighting this company for years. It got worse when we filed Chapter 13. Ever since then they refuse to acknowlge payments sent, yet they can not explain why we have 3 different versions of how much we owe.

They raise our house payment every 6 months. We didn't get any mail from them for over 2 years, we have gone to court 3 times to prove that we have made patments that they say we handn't. We were 15 days late and they sent out a notice to dismiss the stay because at the time we were under chapter 13.

That was this past April, they said we owed 849.00, that included attorney's fee. It is now May, our chapter 13 case was dismissed and now they say we owe them 3245.00 and that is after we mailed them the 849.00 that they said we owe. No one at that company can tell us why, all we get is the run around. I am 1 month late and I will agree to that. They have me listed as 3 months past due and I have proof of every payment sent to them.

I am fighting the devil himself! I get so frustrated when I talk to these rude people, I feel like shooting myself in the head. My last question to them was how many more payments do we have to miss in order for them to take us to court. That seems to be the only way that I can get them to listen. I have faxed them proof of payments, I have mailed them to them and still thay say they are missing payments!

I do not want to lose my house to these people, but they are making it harder and harder to fight!
