Ripoff fraudulent billing harrassed & mistreated

In April I ordered a NextCard Visa at Nextcard.com, they advertised a 9.99% introductory rate that included balance transfers. I transferred $3,858.00. I received my card in April and made my first transaction on May 28. I paid every month ahead of schedule and sometimes twice in one month. Then on my October statement the rate changed to 18.99% (no notice) and then on my November statement the rate changed to 23.99% (no notice). On November 11 I paid off the credit card, which left me with a $7.58 credit. It took over three weeks for my account to be credited with my pay off check. (I could not use my card for a month) I called customer service and the story changed each time why the amount hadn't been credited. I was even hung up on. After it finally got credited, I called to have my interest rate lower. I was told they could go back down to 9.99% effective on the next statement. It never happened, even after repeated calls, so I took out a cash advance (almost to my limit) and was charged 24.99% on that which put me over my limit. They started calling my house 5 or 6 times a day, once at 11:30pm at night for $69.00. I hadn't even received my statement yet to find out why the charge. They called me at least twice a day at work (illegal in Texas). When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they would say I didn't need one just to pay them over the phone now. The people that called never took down what you said, because they would call back and I would say you just called 30 minutes ago.
