Ripoff

This company is run by criminals. They prey on desperate people. Why are they still in business??? Mofia I suppose.

We paid them over $2200 for nothing, which by the way they financed for us at a very high interest rate. BAD MOVE!

In the begining they told not to contact/speak to IRS and to be patient. They said they were going to present/negotiate an offer on our behalf to IRS. We foolishly waited. They lied!

Garnishments, leins and threatened seizure of property follwed. Now IRS was angry due to non-compliance. We were literally thrown into the bread line. They left us with only $27 a month to live on.

After 3 months and close to being evicted from our apartment we called IRS and begged for mercy. They eventually put us on a payment plan. We have finally paid our back taxes but the penelties and interest still exceed $13,000. Its horrible.

We did not read all of the fine print on our contract. We discovered later that we had waived our right to sue them. They did have a mediation process but it was not cheap. About $800 to just get started. We just gave up.
