Michelle Manager ripoff - Fraud Cincinnati

It came as no suprise to me when I was informed that the manager of the Kenwood Towne Center, Helzberg Diamond store in Cincinnati, Ohio in order to make goal, fradulently charges large ticket items, as a standard practice against charge cards by customers who are hesitant to by a high dollar item but ask that they hold it for a day. The manager then asks for a credit card in order to hold it and proceeds to charge it against the card. It could take weeks for a customer to find out that this occured.

When asking if this was approved by the customer, they relpied no and was very upset to find out that it was charged against her card.

Beware - of this practice. It can tie up your credit line on your card.
