Ok, today i checked my checking account on the computer (like most of these other people did) and saw this last thing at the end of the account summary "CIC*Triple Advantage 877-4816825 CA Date 05/10/06 -$12.00." And so now im confused... Did someone steal from me again? Is someone on my account? And so the confusion turns to frustration and it DOESN'T STOP THERE! I type in the company whatnot name and "research it." well, i knew i got a account to freecreditreport.com, and i knew they did NOT ask if i wanted the triple adantage. And here i am sitting at my desk, saying to myself, "what... The... He!!" i tried to look for a cancel membership button, but was no use. I went to the contact support session (or whatever it is) and said to CALL support... Hmmmm... Well i called... And i was P! $ed... Some arabian man (i WOULD call him another name other than "man" that goes with JACK@$)... Answered the phone and im like, and NOW excuse my language, what the hell are you saying? And i don't want to be mean, but hell im trying to figure out why YOU charged me for something I didn't want, and I WANT EVERYONE TO LOOK AT THIS!!! The man TOLD me HE will not cancel the membership and i should take in the advantage of having the service and if I call back on June 6 they will cancel... Now please, im going to leave my e-mail for you to give me some insight. I was shocked, lol the man told me NO. So i pulled the phone away from my ear since i couldnt understand him and he wouldnt let me talk, and by the way, i would NOT recommend calling them... I was scared when i hear a arab ask for my social and mothers maiden name crap that i had to put on the site, plus my name... Which was a mistake! He go on and on about the "wonderful and safe features the the triple (shit) plan!" I finally said i want it of by June 6 and Hung UP. HOPEFULLY this is helpful to someone...
