Unauthorized withdrawal from bank account, refusal to take "no, don't want it", lies, ripoff

This company called and offered me a 'insurance policy that I told them I did not want, then after insisting I examine it for 30 days, withdrew $20.00 from my account (which I did not authorize them to do!) and Wells Fargo allowed them to do, (again UNAUTHORIZED) and now want to charge me a $33.00 overdraft fee! (SCREW THEM!)

Because I didn't have that much in there at the time they did it. Which by the way, they did this withdrawal before I even got the envelope with the thing I was supposed to examine from them in the mail! WHO THE H*LL DO THESE PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE? And WELLS FARGO is just as culpable in this RIPPOFF as this CSI is!
