JBC Legal Group - JBC & Associates does it again, ripoff

Boyajian is at it again. They think my daughter lives here, and they keep sending letters and making phone calls, trying to convince us she owes money she doesn't owe at all.

So far, we've just ignored them. We have a special feature on our phone that makes it very difficult for phone solicitors to call us... It plays havoc with their equipment... And so far all we hear is the very tail-end of their pre-recorded message.

If I dial the number that shows up on my display (1-800-919), I get a recorded message saying that they are trying to collect on a debt.

Others report a different address for Boyajian than is reported on this site, by his website or by the California Bar Association:

I have found a web site for Boyajian that has all the telltales of being a the kind of website this kind of scammer uses:

His web site lists the phone numbers available:

(B) 201-933-3332
(F) 800-803-9806

Which again are different than the ones listed here.

On that site he lists partners and lawyers who are working with him, and no email address... Hmmm... As well, the menu claiming to allow you to see a profile for each of the lawyers, only works for two: him and someone named Karen Nations.
