Worst Mortgage Company Ever - They Ripoff their customers

I have been dealing with ASC since October! They forced place homeowners/Flood insurance on my home! I have always had flood and always had homeowners. I have spoke with a representative from their company since then and nothing has been remedied!!!

I have left messages with two of their senior representatives, Chris Salono and April Martin, neither of them will return my phone calls! I have their direct lines and they will not call me back. I faxed over my homeowners insurance numerous times and yet this is still going on. I have had my insurance agent on the phone with one of their agents and NOTHING is happening. These people are screwing with my money!!! I have a letter from FEMA and a flood elevation certificate stating that I do not need flood and they will not accept it. My hands are tied. I can't get through to anyone. I am so digusted with this company.
