We had signed up to receive 50 "verified" telemarketed leads. Most of the customers we spoke to did not remember speaking to any one with Target, or they were not interested in refinancing. Often times the rates were well under our "filters" that we paid for. We even had a few instances where these people were quoted rates by our telemarketers. Out of 50 leads we returned 30 and only got 3 rplacements. We also had SEVERAL leads were the CLTV was calculated as our filter LTV only to find out it was WELL over our paid agreement. This company is a joke and the people working there have NO customer srvice skills what so ever. Stay away!!!
