Ripoff jailed credit & collections 6 years deceptive practices innability to notify changes in policy after 2 years repayment up to date told two months behind again they want repayment we have proof

Jailed in credit & collections after 6 years. After we repay on repayment plans we think that were caught up just to be told were two months behind again, and there threatining to start forclosure process again. They dont notify us of payment changes. Dont send monthly statments for payments in past 5 years. We have the records of ours and theres that we were paid up too prove we are but they dont want to hear. It we cant win without having money for attornys too. They have had over500 complaints filed with the BBB it seams that no one can win with company. At the bottom of the BBB report the exact words printed are, Use cation when refinancing whith this company. My atitude is dont finance period. We may end up loseing our home of 14 years over all this.
