Ive been working there since Janurary 17 and still didnt recieve my pay check

I started working at Alliance Mortgage Bank since Janurary 17 and every pay cycle they always had an excuse to tell me about my pay check. I worked from 01/17/06 until 02/26 I have some days I was absent and wrote the days I didnt go to work. I've been calling them the hole month of march asking for my paycheck and they gave me the run around until the last week of march.

I was called back into work and i decided to go back and the agreement was the next pay cycle I will recieve my check from when I started working. I went back to work 04/05/06 until 04/21/06 and waited until the next pay cycle and didn't get neither the first nore the second check and I decided to stop going and file this report.
