LLC ruin credit and cost us our house

Back in september my wife and I found a house we wanted to buy in Milo @ 329 spruce st about 45 min south of Des Moines. I had done some searching on the internet to find a mortgage company for our situation, unestablished credit & no money down, i filled out some online questionaires and a few days later i started getting calls. The company who "sounded" like the best company was hawkeye.

A couple of days later, after getting the go ahead from Hawkeye, we made a offer on the house, they denied and counter offered, we accepted there offer. The home owners then decided to let us move in over labor day weekend since the papers wernt going to be done until the day after labor day and my wife and I's Families all had a 3 day weekend to move. Now keep in mind Hawkeye gave us the go ahead and told us the reason we had to wait till tuesday was that we had to sign the papers in front of a lawyer, they also told our realtor that it was ok.

Tuesday came and gone, we had painted the house and completly moved in. I called mike, our agent and no answer all day tuesday, didnt really worry about thou. Late tuesday night we discovered all the draines in the house had clogged, also didnt think much about that either. Wednesday morning we got up to see the drains still had not drained i just figured i'd call my cousin who is a professinal plumber later but first i called hawkeye. Mike answered the phone and pretty much told me he has a family and i was interupting him tuesday, confused and pissed off i asked about the papers to be signed he said the loan fell through.

As you can imagine we were stressed way out at this time mike later called back and said no big deal he'll find another company so we left it in his hands. W4e then called the owners and told them they imidiatly said get out but after some discusion we decided on renting untill we got the loan so we gave them our first check and wasnt to worried about it. We were also preparing for our wedding during all of this and just discovered that my wife grandmother had lung cancer and only had a few monthes to live so we jumped the wedding up so we knew she could make it, that weekend we got married and her grandmother didn't make it the night before she went to the emergency room and was hospitilized, as u can also imagine my wife was extremly stressed.

We found out with the drains that it all needed to be replaced and since we were renters and wanted to prove our selves we redid all our plumbing acording to my cousins instructions and guidence, which still cost us over a $1000 to do ourselves. Any way back to the loan deal another month went by and no loan so we decided to try another company. Peoples mortgage come to find out our credit was extremly terible we had over 30 pulls and they were all hawkeye, peoples told us even with our credit situation and add on the credit pulls no companty will work with us we needed a co-signer

I went to my dad and he said he would but he wanted to look around to. Mike from hawkeye called us later that week and said i just dont think i can get u a loan, trying not to go app$hit crazy on him i said "ok" plain as day and said "were done with you will just up in move agian" he said he could keep trying to find a loan i said dont bother.

Two weeks later we were told to move out so we found this apartment were at now and moved in we later figured out that we lost over $5000 in that house i lost my job we were constantly fighting and about ended our marriage already my mom and dad helped us finacially get back on our feet but to this day we are still strugling, the past due bills and loans we got to give hawkeye for the "0 down", then 5% then 10% loan and screwed us finacially and we are still finding out to this day we may be screwed credit wise for qquite a few years due to all the credit pulls i wanted to file a lawsuite but no lawyers would take it so this is how i'm fighting it i am going everywhere i can to tell people stay away from hawkeye! And if u know a lawyer who will take this let me know cause hawkeye needs to learn a lesson and i still owe money to people from the whole deal
