Ripoff trying to collect nonexistent debt

I received a letter from these scum bags and hadn't responded as it was only a few days old then I received a phone call today from Ken Hughes the message was a recording and i hung up and decided to google the phone number in my caller id boy am I glad I did. I know for one I haven't lived in the area they say I owe a utility company for services for over 13 years and I have lived at my current address for over 10 years so it would be hard to get electricity in another city when I live here.

I know I dont owe this company money so I will be sending these scum bags a letter to cease and desist all contact with me and I will contact the original company to settle any issues. These people are something else how can the state of IL let them remain in business. The attorney generals office there is obviously not doing there job.
