Ripoff unauthorized charging of checking accounts fraudulent billing

I was looking on my online banking statement, and I found this charge for 12.00 on my statment, from CIC*Triple... I have no idea who they are. So I look on google, and I've found that many people have had this, and I don't appreciate the unauthorized charging of my checking account.
I work at a bank, so I can tell what's authorized and unauthorized. Someone needs to get rid of this company before they ripoff anyone else!
