Lied ripoff dishonest fraud

We refinanced with Great American Mortgage Co. And believed EVERY WORD the loan officer, Chad Buchanan, told us. I know, that was our first mistake. I know that now.

I was told my interst rate was going to be 7.75% fixed 2 days before closing and found out 2 months later that it was 10.125% on an adjustable!!! We never got copies of our loan and I tried to contact Chad and he would not return my calls.

At first, he told us the appraisal was too low to do the loan, but he wanted to do another appraisal and 10 days later he had one for 24k more! I questions him about it and he said that the first appraiser didn't know what he was doing. Now we owe more than what our house is worth!

This company lied to me from the beginning and Chad still won't take my calls. He has ruined our finances for years to come. I don't know how someone can do this to a person.

Don't ever use them!!!
