I wrote a presonal check for $37.00 to union workers credit services. With the undersanding that i would recevie a pre-approved platinum card with a 10,000.00 limit at5% APR. After one month as of 4-21-06 i started to think something was wrong and went on the web seen the word rip-off and my heart stoped! I went to my bank pnc they said there was nothing that could be done the check had been cashed.
