Ripoff, asked for $37 and never sent me the card

I received a letter in the mail around the beginning of April and it stated that I was pre-approved for a $10,000 line of credit. After waiting for a while I decided to look at the letter closer and it didn't have a contact number or e-mail address. I looked around for a while on the internet and found this site and a woman described the same situation I was in. I am very frustrated! I really need that credit and was planning to pay off some debt with it. Oh, well, that's what I get for not checking closer, I guess!
