Ripoff Uncredited Double-Credit Offe

I recently received two invoices for two separate Chase Bank accounts that Island National Group supposedly acquired from RJM Acquisitions. On these invoices it stated that I could, "Send a payment to this office within 45 days. You decide how much! RJM Acquisitions LLC will credit this account for DOUBLE the amount you send!" It also states that upon receipt of my payment I would be sent a statement showing my enrollment in RJM Acquisitions LLC's "Double Credit Value" program. Well, my checks were cashed and my new invoices show I was only credited for the amount I sent, NOT double. I received no "Double Credit" statement, and when I try to call the number on the invoice, it just says my call cannot go through. I found another number on the net and on this one I am put on hold for up to an hour at a time while "representatives are busy." Apparently, they are so busy they do not even work there! I feel as though I have just thrown $205 down the drain and I have no recourse to recover it or receive what I was promised. Guess I will refrain from trying to settle my debt, as it is not a viable option anymore!
