Mr. Kern advertised as JVREA and now has changed his "stripes" to a new name; empowercapital inc. He promises alot for a $25k funding fee. $1Mil line of credit to purchase house (s), start a business, ect. Only problem is he can't deliver. He told me to list my projects and after submitting them to him he could not help me with not one of them. His contract stated that funds are refunded if not satisfied. Well if I have not seen $1 in credit money I sure would not be satisfied! Have requested numerous times for my $ back have not heard hide or hair from the little weasel. Watch out. Heard thru the grapevine he pulled this shi_ in Florida to. He says that its bad for his business if stuff like this is out there. No wonder he's changed his name.
