Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

This company told me that in order to help get my credit back on track i needed a checking account and i had to give them 300.00 dollars to start so got there number and information and gave it a shot. Well its been almost a year and i havent seen anything. They just sent me a bunch of crap and the number they gave me tells you to call a 900 number im really pissed off and am going to sue this company. I have a lot of info but it may not be enough. Maybe if someone out there reads this they could help me out well got to go.
