USA benefits has been taking 9.95 out of my checking account for months. I never heard of them, never authorized this. I had no phone # or any other info just the name. I tried to search the internet about 6 months ago for them and nothing came up. With nothing to go on I tried to search again and found other reports here at the consumer complaints.
