I have only been with long beach acceptance for 1 year.

I have requested statements from them by phone and in writting several times since october..

I have yet to receive a statement or or account breakdown as of yet.

I dont have great credit and there for was greatful get the loan but i have had only 1 late payment in the pass 12 months and there is no reason for them to with hold my information from me.

And now after reading all the reports against them along with the bbb report i will be attempting to refinance elsewhere before they rob me blind.

And i am also seeking legal advise
