Credit Counseling Service Scam Ripoff

I was contacted by this company called Alternative Debt Solutions, Al Greene, (ADSI), www.alternative-debtsolution.com, regarding this fantastic offer "We can consolidate all of your debt into one affordable payment." "We can lower your interest rates and you can have one low monthly payment."

What they didn't disclose: We take your first payment and KEEP IT for OURSELVES - we DO NOT pay your first payment to your creditors. Your creditors will charge late fees, overlimit fees, and report you to the credit bureaus beacuse we keep your first payment and do not pay that money towards your bills we told you we would take care of.

We also didn't tell you that we keep all your payments and sometimes we do NOT negotiate as we say we will with your creditors. We told you to close all of your accounts and that this was going to help you out. You can reestablish good credit and we have lawyers that can help you replenish your credit scores.

Oh, and we forgot to tell you once, you send us the payments, we keep them, do not apply them to your creditors, and when you call us to get your money back and check your status of your payments and why we are not paying them as per our contract, we change our phone number and make sure the number we gave you is no longer in service.

Oh, and the best thing we forget to tell you, that the Better Business Bureau does not tell you that we have an unsatisfactory rating with them and there are already 477 complaints in the past 36 months, until of course, you file a complaint against us and then they disclose that information to you.

We forgot to tell you that we will totally mess your credit up and that you will have negative comments made on how you don't pay your payments because we keep your money when you send it. We do however, tell you all kinds of good lies so we can get your money and we DO OT comply with the contract you sign.
