Ripoff

I had started this program in 3/04. I was paying $211.00 a month up until January. I had paid all of my fees and everything else they required. When I called to find out what was going on it took along time to get a call back.

I am currently out about $5,000.00. I got a letter in the mail stating that they were filing chapter 7 and when I tried to contact any one about it all I get is that no one can help me.

No one can give me any information except that there are no assets or property to settle to get my money back. I got told I could not get into the lawsuit until becomes a Class action Law Suit.

There for I know nothing and am still $5,000.00 poorer.
