I received a call and said I would look over the material then decide if I were interested the rep of creditplusrewards said no monies is required upfront and if I and my husband did not like what we received all we had to do was call the mentioned on this report phone number or email to cancell and no monies would be exchanged, lo and behold, a few weeks went by and a debit of 129.00 dollars showed up and my account I then got on the phone over and over and over after a few days and 30 to 60 minutes on the phone I finally got a human voice which said, sorry you cannot cancell the material you requested has already been shipped out. We mentioned we did not want it and was not interested, they remarked: when the material reaches you then you can cancell if you want, by the time the material reach us, I again could not reach them I send by email (my husband) to them, a request for cancellation as instructed when listening to the recording each time I called.

No human contact at all for a week then another, then another, finally, one day after 40 minutes i think, a man answered and said, its to late to return monies to you, We advised him we were told no monies would be touched, he said that was not their policy. No monies would be returned 129.00. Then twice 14.95 about a week apart after we were told account had been cancelled, twice, two different time by phone. Attempted to call again but this time no one would pick up or answer the phone. It would hand up on us after a few minutes. This company is a fraud. Now I may need to close my account and open another. Someone please do something about these type of companies! Now my bank says they cannot stop this until its been posted a couple of times. Bank of america, in the central valley.By then I would have monies of 129.00,14.95, and 14.95 = 158.90 unathorized removed from my account.
