Ripoff

My Mortgage was turned over to Homeq 2 months after I got it, without my knowledge, which made my payment late. I had origianally head insurance in case I was not working due to illness or unforseen problems. I lost three weeks of work and got behind. I conctacted Homeq and they agreed if I could send in one payment, and the re3st to update my account when I received my Income Tax return. I am receiving letters with different amounts I owe, and threats to foreclose by April 26. I am getting nowhere. The mortgage broker I went through did some things illegally without my knoweledge nad I only received 37,000 on a $50,000 loan. I questioned it and they said they had to be aid for lying about income tax returns and my income. They were angry that I even confronted them and I was scared, but now I am so afraid I am going to lose my family home that was left to me by my grandmother. There is definetly something wrong here. They took advantage of a desperate person, and they are in cahoots.
